This complimentary service helps residents schedule utility connections and transfers for their new home, including electricity, gas, water, internet, cable, and other available services in your area. The goal is to simplify your move by coordinating these services before your lease begins.
How It Works
After your lease has been finalized, Citizen Home Solutions will typically contact you by phone to help schedule your utility services. Their representatives can assist you with identifying available providers and coordinating service activation based on your move-in date and property location.
The Utility Concierge service is completely free to EGL Properties residents.

- Electricity
- Natural gas
- Water service
- Sewer service (where applicable)
- Internet service
- Cable television
- Home phone service (where available)

Important Reminder
Although Citizen Home Solutions is available to assist with scheduling your services, it remains your responsibility to ensure all required utilities have been placed in your name effective on your lease commencement date.
Failure to arrange utility service before your move-in date could result in interruptions to essential services after you take possession of the property.
