Residential Property Management Pricing Details
EGL Properties offers full-service residential property management for single-family homes, condos, and other one-unit rental properties in Los Angeles. The monthly management fee is 5% of collected rent, with a $150 per month minimum, and the leasing fee is 60% of one month’s rent.
Full-service property management includes a rental analysis, property showings, marketing photos and video, a 24-hour emergency line, an initial property assessment, annual property assessments, owner portal setup, bill pay, leasing guarantee, pet guarantee, rental protection, and eviction assurance.

Multifamily Property Management Pricing Details
EGL Properties offers full-service multifamily property management for Los Angeles rental properties with two or more units. The monthly management fee is 5% of collected rent, and the leasing fee is 50% of one month’s rent.
Full-service multifamily property management includes a rental analysis, property showings, a 24-hour emergency line, an initial property assessment, annual property assessments, owner portal setup, bill pay, leasing guarantee, pet guarantee, rental protection, and eviction assurance. Marketing photos and video are available for $195.
