Included with ALL EGL Properties, Inc. Residential Lease Agreements is a Resident Benefits Package. Below is a list and description of the benefits included in this package. The monthly cost for the Resident Benefits Package is currently $24.95, subject to change. Resident Benefits Packages are billed as one charge on a monthly basis.

Moving Concierge Program

EGL Properties works with Citizen Home Solutions (CHS) to assist Residents in activating utilities, internet, cable, and alarm services with one simple phone call rather than individualized requests to specific companies. Once you have signed your lease, they will reach out to you directly, or you can contact them at (877) 528-3824. Check out their welcome video:

Resident Portal

Residents have free access to the Resident Portal. This valuable feature offers Residents 24/7 access to their accounts, records, copies of leases and policies as well as online rental payment and maintenance requests.

Online Payment Options 

Rent payments should be easy and affordable. All online ACH payments are free of service charges. EGL also accepts payment via any Electronic Cash Payment (ECP) participating vendor such as Walmart or 711. With ECP, Residents have the option to pay in cash or via money order. These vendors may incorporate a service fee; however, this is a great time-saver option for rental payments, and payments are added to your ledger within 24 hours. Your ECP PaySlip can easily be generated on your Resident Portal or by contacting our office.

Resident Rewards Program Through Pinata 

EGL has partnered with Pinata, a platform that rewards you for paying your rent! You’ll also receive rewards just for signing up, including a $25 restaurant card, a $30 local gift card, and access to over 300,000 deals on local and national brands. Access to affordable renter’s insurance through your Resident Portal.

24/7 Maintenance Line

24/7 Maintenance Hotline with Live Phone Support. Residents can reach a live person after hours for emergency maintenance concerns.

Convenient Move-In/Self-Inspection

New residents will be able to complete a supplemental move-in report within 3 days of lease start using a provided service/app. While EGL performs detailed move-in inspections with photos and video prior to resident occupancies, this unique feature affords residents the opportunity to provide additional documentation.

Home Buying Assistance Program

If you decide to purchase a home after renting with us, we will assist you in the search and negotiation of terms on your new home with a professional buyers agent through our preferred partners. We can also help with mortgage qualifying through our preferred mortgage broker. Most importantly, we will also cover the cost of a one-year home warranty program, up to $1,000 in value.
