Assist The Board with obtaining proposals for Reserve Studies
Architectural Applications
- Assist the Architectural committee with the Architectural process
- Maintain an architectural log
- Work with The Association’s Architect.
Budget Preparation
- Annually assist the Board of Directors with budget preparation
- The proposed budget is developed through the analysis of the previous year’s expenses and the recommendations of the reserve study.
- A supervisor will meet with the Board to review the proposed budget and make adjustments as per Board’s instruction.
