Tenant Representation and Broker Compensation Policy

Thank you for your interest in showing our properties. Please note the following requirements and terms:

1. Tenant Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement

  • Before scheduling a showing, it is mandatory to have a Tenant Representation and Broker Compensation Agreement on file with our office for your client.

2. Referral Fee Structure

EGL Properties offers a $500 referral fee for single-family homes and condos to the Broker representing the Tenant, provided all the following conditions are met:

  • The lease agreement is signed.
  • All funds are deposited into the Trust account.
  • A completed W9 form is submitted on behalf of the Broker.
