Do I need to provide tenants with appliances, or can they bring their own?

There is no legal requirement to provide appliances like refrigerators, washers, or dryers unless specified in the lease agreement. However, offering appliances can make your property more attractive to potential renters. If you provide appliances, you are generally responsible for maintaining and repairing them.
