What types of leases do you offer (short-term, long-term, etc.)?

EGL Properties offers a range of lease options to suit both tenants and property owners. We typically recommend 12-month leases for stability, but we can also accommodate short-term leases in certain cases, such as corporate rentals or transitional housing. We work with you to decide the best lease length based on your investment goals and market demand. Lease renewals are also handled through us, with rental adjustments based on market conditions.
