What criteria do you use to approve tenants?
Our approval criteria include a combination of credit score, income-to-rent ratio, and rental history. We require tenants to have a stable source of income that is at least three times the monthly rent. Additionally, we look for a positive rental history, meaning no prior evictions or lease violations. Tenants must also pass a background check to ensure there are no red flags that would disqualify them from renting your property.
