EGL Properties has had a long history in managing homeowner’s associations with much success. In general, our services include, but are not limited to:
- Fiscal: Collecting monthly dues and pursuing all delinquencies; generating monthly reports; preparing an annual budget
- Maintenance: Overseeing the hiring and service of vendors; ensuring that routine maintenance problems are corrected, and obtaining bids for capital improvement projects Member
- Relations: Coordinating and attending Board/Member Meetings, and administering and enforcing the association’s rules and regulations
