Assist The Board with obtaining proposals for Reserve Studies

Architectural Applications

  • Assist the Architectural committee with the Architectural process
  • Maintain an architectural log
  • Work with The Association’s Architect.

Budget Preparation

  • Annually assist the Board of Directors with budget preparation
  • The proposed budget is developed through the analysis of the previous year’s expenses and the recommendations of the reserve study.
  • A supervisor will meet with the Board to review the proposed budget and make adjustments as per Board’s instruction.
